Maintenance
Each apartment is professionally painted, cleaned and has either carpet/flooring replacement as needed or a professional cleaning. A final walk through prior to receiving keys is done by the Service Manager & a member of the management team to ensure each apartment home is ready for the new resident

During office hours, you may request access at the office with a valid ID. After hours, you must call a locksmith.

We require a liability policy to be in place with minimum coverage of $100,000. This policy can be through a third party company with proof of insurance provided to the office, or through the office at $12/month with Foxen
We recommend Cox. We have a representative for Bedford Parke that will assist you with set up as well as find the most cost efficient package for your needs.
We require a 60-day calendar notice prior to your desired move-out date and a Lease Termination Fee equal to 2-months' rent
Your power should be set up through Flint Energies. You will be billed for water, sewer, trash and common electric through the community along with rent the 1st of each month.

From 75S, take a left off exit 142 towards Centerville. Continue approximately 4 miles to Houston Lake Rd. Take a right on South Houston Lake, continue 1 mile to Leverette Rd. Take a right on to Leverette Rd and Bedford Parke will be on your right just past the open field.
